Regulatory Officials May Apply for Membership in CARES

• Membership in CARES is open to the chief government officials who are responsible for the oversight and enforcement of amusement ride and recreational equipment regulations within their jurisdiction.
• Officials who meet this requirement may apply for membership by downloading an application form in Word format or PDF, and submitting the completed form along with a letter from the jurisdiction requesting membership (sample attached with the application).
